At Thames Restek UK Ltd we make every effort to ensure the highest standard of quality in the goods we offer.
If, however, the goods arrive damaged, do not meet the published specification or if you are dissatisfied for any other reason, it is essential that you contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
It is imperative that the Returns Procedure is followed and we draw your attention to our standard Terms & Conditions for the notification of returns:

) by sending us the completed Goods Return Note (GRN).
Copies of the necessary documents THAT MUST BE COMPLETED are available here.
ALL requests should include the following information:
On receipt of the above, the request will be reviewed and upon acceptance a Goods Return Number will be issued along with the appropriate Health & Safety documents – dependent upon supplier. Copies of these are available on our website.
The Goods Return Number MUST be shown on the outside of the returns package and, if appropriate, enclose the Health & Safety documents. FAILURE TO SUPPLY THE CORRECT INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN PACKAGES BEING RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
SOME RETURNS WILL BE LIABLE FOR A MINIMUM 20% HANDLING CHARGE.
